Bernard Daniel – Fondation Nestlé pour l’Art

A law graduate from the University of Geneva, Bernard Daniel holds several positions within the International Committee of the Red Cross in the Middle East, the Arabian Peninsula, Vietnam, Cambodia and Southeast Asia from 1967 to 1972. In 1973 he joined Nestlé SA as Head of Communications to then become Deputy Director, Head of General Secretariat in 1982, Deputy Director in 1987, Secretary General and of the Council in 1987 and finally Director / Secretary General and of the Council in 1994. On a personal level, Bernard Daniel is involved in many fields, notably culture, as a member of the “Mécènes-Entreprises” commission of the Fondation de l’Hermitage (2009-2019) or as a member of the Foundation encouragement à la création artistique et soutien à la culture à Montreux (from 2017). From 1991 to 2007, Bernard Daniel represented the Founding Company within the Nestlé Foundation for Art.
